LUXURY LIFE SPECIAL FROM COUNTRY LIFE

Country Life – the quintessential English magazine – is celebrating the life of luxury with a special section entitled Luxury Life.

The 25-page one-off section will be dedicated to the very best premium brands and will be introduced by a glossy cover within the pages of Country Life's November 17 issue.

Featuring the luxury goods needed to enjoy a truly lavish lifestyle, the section will include top spas, elegant high-tech gadgets for the home, Russian style, traditional toys, the best Swiss watchmakers, cars with priceless pedigree and splendidly luxurious yachts to charter.

To celebrate Luxury Life's inclusion in the November 17 issue, Country Life editor Clive Aslet and manager of London's Dorchester Hotel, Christopher Cowdray, have invited advertisers and celebrity guests to an exclusive dinner on November 16, held at the Dorchester Grill, Park Lane.

Clive says: “In a stressful world, luxury is not an extravagance – it's a necessity. Nobody knows that more than Country Life, which typifies the very best in British life. With our worship of quality and tradition, we aim to share the true pleasures of life with our readers. This week's issue contributes to that noble goal.”

The section includes eight pages of advertising from premium brands including Coutts Bank, Adler Jewellers, watchmakers Omega, pearl specialist Mikimoto, and Hardy Amies Couture.

Luxury Life is the latest in a series of additional sections now produced by Country Life. Others planned for 2005 include a 40-page travel section in the December 22nd and 29th issues.
